Mon to Fri 8.30pm to 6pm
Customer Service is to manage the customer services activities within warehouse to meet customer needs.
• Communicate with team members and our customers via both email and phone calls
• Customer’s order and data processing on WMS (warehouse management system)
• Verify operational documents with billing summaries to be sent to customers
• Ensure that Customer Service operational documents properly
• Liaise with operation team members to arrange any inbound / outbound activities within a set time line
• Report irregularity encounter in the course of work to direct superior
Requirements
• 2 to 5 years of experience as Customer Service Officer in a warehouse environment handling incoming and outgoing shipments via sea/air freight and local transportations
• Basic knowledge / experiences on warehouse management system and documentation of order processing.
• Able to speak, read and write English upon directly communicating with customers or / and appointed vendors
• Experience with Documentation such as checklists, temperature / RH reports
• Able to compile KPI reports periodically
• Able to verify the billing reports to our customers as well as service agreements
