Job Description

The Centre Supervisor is based in the Day Centre for Seniors and liaises with key partners, to plan, and coordinate programmes and ensure smooth execution/operation of the centre's activities for the elderly. They will also manage a team of support staff and perform administrative duties.
You will
- Review, develop and implement projects, events, and external partnership management
- Provide cover support to other centres when needed
- Support and conduct training for staff
- Work with the Centre Manager to ensure that the centre meets the regulatory and internal requirements
- Administrative duties to support the daily functions and maintenance of the centre
- Staff management with roster planning and training management
- Ensure implementation of planned programmes/activities in the centre
You should
- Thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment
- Have strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Have experience in operations and in supervisory positions
- Be proficient in Google Suite applications
It would be great if you
- Have experience in community care or healthcare settings
- Can converse in local dialects
Qualifications
- Diploma in Health Science/ Gerontology/ Social Work
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the social service sector
