Job Descriptions
- Handling and resolving customer complaints and following up with customers to ensure high level satisfaction
- Provide support and maintenance of company's social media accounts
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations for online/digital marketing
- Ensure smooth communications between all channels of business
- Preparation of regularly scheduled reports (daily / bi-weekly / monthly)
- Inventory management of stocks
- Support sales team in the ordering and distribution of materials.
- Maintain and upkeep all office administrative records
- Event preparation and execution
- Any other ad hoc duties
Job Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or related field.
- Minimum of 1- 2 years of relevant experience working in relevant field
- Proficiency in Adobe creative software (e.g. Photoshop, In-design, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.) is required
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Require Languages: English, Chinese and Japanese JLPT 2 (for liaise with Japanese and Chinese speaking partners)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with a positive attitude and pleasant deposition
- Independent and self motivated

Working hours
- 5 days work week (8.30AM - 6.30PM)
