Trade Sales/Marketing Support Associate - FMCG MNC

Salary: $6000 max
5 days work week
9am - 6pm (Mon-Fri)

Job Scope:
Monitor actual bookings: enter monthly budget allocation and PO information; input actual SAP bookings and secure all entries and commitments are in line with budget including phasings; create and distribute reports, prepare actual/forecast variance.
Handle Marketing Allowance PR, GR and Proof of Performance (PoP): create PRs in line with budget availability and follow up on receipt of PoP; maintain timely GR input and PO cleaning; collect and file PoP; follow up on vendor creation forms and payment issues.
Support for Sales related budget PR and GR (Logistic, Sales allowances, etc.): create PR in line with budget availability. and follow up on receipt of PoP; maintain timely GR input and PO cleaning; collect and file PoP; follow up on vendor creation forms and payment issues.
Business support: support for the WBS (Working Budget Structure) maintenance and IPA (Indirect Price Allowances) calculation and maintenance, working closely with the Finance Team.
