Job Responsibilities:
- Attending to patient phone calls, messages and enquiry emails
- Managing appointment schedules
- Patient recalls
- Registration and discharging of patients
- Payment collection
- Dispensing of medication and post-op instructions
- Contacting respective laboratories for pick up
- Administrative tasks such as medisave and insurance submissions, payments and reconciliation

Job Requirements:
- Minimum ‘N’/’O’ levels or equivalent with basic computer skills
- Possess pleasant personality
- Preferably 1-2 years of front line/customer service experience
