- Performance Metrics: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, such as sales volume, market share, and customer satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and market share.
- Team Management: Lead, motivate, and train a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, retailers, and distributors.
- Product knowledge: Stay knowledgeable about products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers and sales teams.
- Trade Promotions: Plan and execute trade promotions, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns.
- Sales Operations: Oversee sales administration, including order processing, inventory management, and logistics.
- Budgeting: Manage sales budgets, allocate resources, and optimize expenses.
Job Requirements:
- ‘O’ level & above with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Sales experience with NTUC, Shengsiong or DFI is welcome to apply.
- Strong FMCG sales and marketing background.
- 5 day work week.
