Responsibilities:
- Identify skill gaps and training needs through analysis and employee feedback
- Work closely with HODs and management in handling organisation’s learning and development needs
- Source and manage external training providers and internal learning resources
- Effective administrative skills in tracking, record keeping and filing of all training records
- Plan, organise and coordinate engaging activities to foster a positive company culture
- Work closely with schools for exchange programmes
- Proactively review and formulate framework and policies, based on industry practices that are relevant to the workforce
- Review of SOP aligning with company policies
- Identify and establish partnerships with external providers and relevant government agencies on initiatives, funding, grants and sponsorships available
- Manage internal communications, including announcements, updates and corporate messages
- Complete surveys from government agencies
- Maintain good project documentation and familiar with ISO documentation requirements
- Follow up and assist in certification audits
- Serve as an HR liaison for HR aspects: talent management, recruitment, employee engagement, change management, employee relations, learning and development.
- Partner with internal and external vendors to ensure effective employee and business support.
- Provide ongoing HR support & answer employee inquiries
- Support any other ad-hoc projects or tasks as may be required
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management/Business Studies/ Administration/Management or equivalent
- Fresh grads are welcome
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications
- Able to work in a dynamic environment, adaptable to changes and can multitask
- Meticulous, good interpersonal skills and resourceful
- A team player with excellent communication skills
- Independent and confident in dealing with internal and external customers
