Job Highlights
- Support business development activities and manage the transfer of new programs to operational sites
- Ensure programs meet customer goals and quoted standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of programs
- Oversee the qualification of new projects and their implementation in production
- Track project progress, ensuring schedules and cost objectives are met
- Follow up on sales leads and drive business development efforts
- Serve as the main technical point of contact for customers on key issues
- Prepare quotations for molding projects involving new tooling
- Collaborate with Manufacturing to optimize workflows and production efficiency to meet customer needs
- Define engineering requirements for new projects
- Initiate procurement of equipment for new projects when necessary
- Plan and execute tooling qualification activities to support project success
- Adhere to workplace health and safety policies and collaborate with colleagues on EHS initiatives
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in managing healthcare products is a plus
- Strong project management and production process knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills
- Independent, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
