SCOPE OVERVIEW
- Coordinate and participate in the user requirement study; gather, analyze, document and
- manage the requirements to recommend solutions and prepare the complete Functional
- Specifications document.
- Work closely with customers’ end-user group and the technical team/developers to ensure delivery of fully acceptable and quality system.
- Able to conduct workshops, presentations and functional training to various levels of people in the customers’ site
- Prepare documents as part of project's deliverables, e.g. User Guides documents.
- Perform and manage System Integration Testing (SIT); prepare test strategy, test plan, test scope and test scripts as well as to document all the events occurs during test execution including test result, issues encountered and its resolution.
- Ensure the deliverable meet functional requirements with zero defect and ready for delivery to Customers' for User Acceptance Test (UAT)
- Support the User Acceptance Test by the customers’ end-user
- Facilitate and coordinate the entire cycle of a project to ensure it meet the project timeline.
- Define and manage resource plan together with the Project Manager aligning to the project schedule
- Assist in presales/pursuit activities where necessary (i.e. Response to RFP, prepare proposals, conduct presentations)
Qualification and Experience
- Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering.
- More than 3 years experiences in implementing software projects of financial or banking applications
- Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions
- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
- Strong administrative, organizational and multi-tasking skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
- Self-starter, team player and adaptable
