Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate full-set accounts for several subsidiaries, including local and overseas businesses
- Prepare financial reports, balance sheets, and profit-and-loss statements.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Assist in audits and liaise with external auditors.
- Manage and lead the accounts team, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and forecasts for the subsidiaries.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate documentation.
- Handle month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Identify areas for process improvement within the accounting function.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure financial information accuracy.
Requirements:
- Possess a Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- At least 3 years of accounting experience handling full sets of accounts
- Experience handling overseas subsidiaries accounts is a plus
- Able to multi task and excellent attention to detail
