- To provide technical onsite support
- Troubleshooting Computer hardware , software and related incidents, including operating systems
- To assist all users with any logged IT related incident.
- To escalate incidents to other support teams when necessary.
- To accurately record, update and document requests using the ITSM system.
- To perform IMACD service requests (install, move, add, change & decommission) of IT equipment and software.
- To maintain customer satisfaction and respect at all times.
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Nitec in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics or relevant
- Welcome entry level - Training Provided
- Islandwide work locations
- 5 days work
- Salary $2300 - $3000
- Start work Immediately or within short notice
