The role of Brand Executive plays an important role in supporting brand activities and communication plans (PR and social media strategies), in conjunction with the Kao Salon Singapore Sales and Education team.
The purpose is to support initiatives (NPD and Commercial) through best in class communication with the goal of engaging our target audience of Salon Professionals and salon clients via all communication channels (traditional and digital). The role will be responsible for brand activity execution, communication (PR, Social and campaigns) follow up and material (Hard and Soft copy) development.
Responsibilities:
- Tracking of brand’s performance (Sales, PR and social media).
- Build ongoing engagement with influencers, salons, stylists and educators.
- Execute brand strategy (Online and Offline)
- Develop and build relationship with brands' network of guest artists, influencer, hairstylist and salon partners etc. to create engaging user-generated content that aligned with strategy.
- POSM design and artwork adaptation.
- Update information across Sales and Education teams as needed.
Requirements:
- Graduate Diploma in Marketing.
- Experience (1+ years) in branding and marketing.
- Working with influencers and experience working within an agency or managing agency partners would be advantageous.
- Creative thinker with basic understanding of marketing mix and best practices, specifically in beauty, fashion, and luxury goods is preferred.
- Basic knowledge in reporting and data analytics, SEO and Google Analytics.
- Communication – ability to communicate bilingual (English and Chinese) both verbally and in writing, clear priorities and progress tied to business results in common format.
- Systems - knowledge of digital and social platforms and analytical tools.
- Software – Photoshop, Powerpoint, Excel or any design software.
