MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO BE ACCOMPLISHED:
- Updating and maintenance of product material master with SAP system
- Review sales trends and stock level to facilitate purchases
- Communicate with sales and marketing team on any sales quantity projection / forecast, combine inventory requirements for various markets
- Collate and execute new products phase in / old products phase out, order planning and coordination from source till scope of inventory management
- Conduct inventory management on forecast planning, incoming & outgoing quantity
- Coordinate on inbound shipments with freight forwarder and 3PL warehouse
- Coordinate on outbound shipments to Asia clients (local / exports); inform clients on shipment details and send shipping documents
- To support export shipping documentations, and relevant shipment arrangements to achieve on time fulfillment
- To assist the team / department to generate past sales report data, and work on upcoming inventory reports and stock available situations
- To assist the team / department to achieve relevant KPIs as set by the management
EDUCATION:
- Diploma in any discipline / GCE ‘A’ Level or equivalent
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in procurement.
- Strong computer knowledge of Excel.
- Candidates with SAP experience will have an added advantage
