Roles & Responsibilities
- Execute & conduct appropriate curriculum according to MapleBear's curriculum framework
- Maintain a quality classroom and learning environment that promotes learning in accordance with the curriculum framework
- Differentiated learning activities to meet the varying needs of the children
- Foster a trusting and respectful relationship with children and parents by being a positive role model
- Liaise closely with the Principal on any matters concerning student development, performance or behaviour that are of concern
- Execute daily routine in accordance with time schedule
Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education – Teaching (with L1 / L2 certification)
- Impeccable Classroom Management skills
- Fluency in English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic and creative
- Ability to engage children and deal with them in a positive and caring manner
