Contractual Period:

6 months (Renewable)


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the group consolidation and management reporting functions, in accordance with the statutory requirements as well as company policies and procedures.
  • In charge of timely and accurate preparation and analysis of the group financial and management reports, and liaising with the external auditors for the year-end closing.
  • Prepare tax returns & filings, maintains compliance with regulations in Singapore, assist to coordinate other tax reporting requirements and obligations and liaise with tax agents.
  • Assist in annual audit process and preparation of annual reports, as well as any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
  • Liaise with the overseas finance team for the submission and analysis of reports and for the group's monthly reporting and year-end audit matters.
  • Other duties include assist in new system implementation, implementing SAP BPC in phases for newly acquired or incorporated investment holding companies, assist in SAP BPC testing/rollout for enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with Degree in Accountancy or ACCA or its equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant post-qualification experiences.
  • Well-versed in SFRS(I), tax regulations and MS Excel & Office applications.
  • Experience with SAP BPC system, audit, tax compliance and/or real estate knowledge will have an added advantage.
  • Meticulous, proactive, ability to work independently as well as being a good team player.
  • Able to build strong interpersonal relationships and able to interact with individuals at all levels of the organisation.
  • Other attributes includes being responsible, organised and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
