French restaurant since 2011 located on Mohamed Sultan road (Fort Canning MRT), is looking for Jr bartender.
Job Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and serving beverages (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic), including cocktails, wines, and signature drinks, while following Brasserie Gavroche’s recipes and standards.
Ensure high-quality presentation of all drinks in line with the brasserie’s standards.
Learn and adapt to using French-inspired ingredients and recipes for cocktails and drinks.
Customer Service:
Provide an exceptional guest experience by engaging with customers, taking drink orders, and making drink recommendations.
Maintain a friendly, professional, and welcoming attitude towards guests at all times.
Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any issues or special requests promptly and effectively.
Bar Maintenance:
Assist in keeping the bar area clean and organized, ensuring all equipment and tools are in proper working condition.
Restock the bar with glassware, garnishes, and beverages as needed.
Assist in maintaining inventory, checking stock levels, and reporting any shortages to the Bar Manager.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the Senior Bartender and Bar Manager to ensure smooth operations at the bar
