Job Responsibilities :
- Ensure the implementation of risk control frameworks and establishment of efficient risk controls across APAC division.
- Be the first point of contact towards 1 LoD, 2 LoD as well as HOs by responding to their queries adequately and timely and participating in clarification calls and discussions.
- Represent the interests of 1LoD control owners and handle with requests from front office such as enhancements on system, procedures.
- Deliver training and communication on compliance matters to businesses/stakeholders when needed.
- Collaborate closely with senior management, planning team in SNG/HO and front office to work for the re-organization, enhancement of TOM or group governance, while evaluating potential risks and challenges as necessary
- Support the preparation and coordination of meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including Executive Management Committee meetings, and regulatory inspections.
Job Requirements :
- Degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of group governance, target operating model, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
