Salary Range: $2500 - $3900
Location: Boon Lay
- Prepare & process orders including machine, parts & accessories with production division.
- Verify order confirmation & coordinate with producing division on customer delivery timeline.
- Create ZOHO orders for after-sales orders as well as service labor (onetime/ contract) jobs.
- Documenting aftersales orders in Digital dossier files (SharePoint) for future reference.
- Facilitate shipment of machines, parts & accessory orders in liaison with customer & partners.
- Prepare invoices & shipping documents (packing list, cert. of origin, Airwaybill etc.)
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in any field with minimum 3-4 years’ experience in order processing.
- Knowledge of invoices, incoterms, LC checking.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office & CRM.
