Description
This position is responsible for providing onsite service and support to customers. Acts as mobile field service technician on assigned service to resolve customer affecting technical issues in a timely with short notice in order to maintain maximum customer satisfaction.
Job Description:
- Provide on-site technical support to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex technical problems related to Dosing Pumps.
- Install, configure, and maintain customer equipment.
- Collaborate with Sales and Project teams for pre-sales support, proposals, and product training.
- Travel up to 75% within Singapore for on-site customer service.
- Company car + petrol card will be provided
Qualifications:
- Diploma or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering field.
- 1-3 years of technical support experience.
- Excellent customer service, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
