- Establish data collection requirements and offer insights and recommendations to senior management based on analysis.
3. Develop Workforce Plans:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement workforce plans.
- Lead the annual headcount and budget exercise.
- Monitor manpower costs to meet company key goal indicators.
- Report any anomalies in employee behavior and work environments, recommending solutions.
4. Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Work with stakeholders to streamline the talent acquisition process.
- Oversee performance management and employee progression, including succession planning.
5. Manage Compensation Practices:
- Oversee new offer packages and all compensation-related processes.
- Review salary structures to ensure competitiveness in the talent market.
- Manage the annual salary review and performance-related compensation.
6. Enhance Employee Value Proposition:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement Employee Value Proposition initiatives that meet the evolving needs of the workforce.
- Manage all employee communication channels and facilitate monthly town halls.
- Engage leadership to promote EVP and coordinate team-building activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong background in comprehensive HR management and development.
- Ability to understand business needs and utilize data to inform strategy and achieve sustainable performance.
- Proven ability to foster collaboration within the organization to meet employee needs while achieving business objectives.
