We are looking for a full time Business Development Director to join our team during this exciting restructuring phase of our company to lead our team to maximize our reach to potential clients from all walks of life and backgrounds based on their educational growth journeys, and leading the business to our goal of being one of the top premium choice of international institutions in Singapore.
You will be a key representative of our company, planning and strategizing on how to position our brand, and execute strategies to maximize different channels to showcase our educational programs to potential clients, helping potential students to make informed decisions towards their next step in life, creating a positive impact in their lives.
- Job Scope:
Become proficient in our educational program offerings to create informative and accurate strategies for our team to pitch our products and services to potential clients - Help to shape the company’s long-term objectives and determine plans for how to meet them.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build relationships with customers, suppliers, distributors, partners, and vendors.
- Evaluate existing partnerships and sales efforts with an eye toward building on what works and changing what doesn’t.
- Be able to strategize and execute implementation of activities and events to align with our branding and business goals
- A good understanding of international marketing trends to position our brand internationally
- Responding to market demands and consumer’s comments to consistently make suggestions to improve our company’s products and services
- Lead sales, marketing, customer-service, and client relationship management teams.
- Plan, strategize, and execute business development and marketing plans through social media such as Linkedin, Facebook, Tiktok videos or Xiao Hong Shu videos.
- Conduct webinars and presentations to raise the brand or product profile.
- Reporting directly to our Managing Director
Job requirements:
- Permanent full-time position
- All racial demographics are welcomed
- Ability to speak and understand Mandarin to handle clients’ enquiries and showcase presentations in spoken Mandarin.
- Minimum 3years of experience in the Educational Consultancy sector
- Minimum 5years of experience in a leading or management role
- Familiar with the student recruitment process in Singapore
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant fields related to Education, Business, or Marketing.
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel, words, and powerpoint.
