Responsibilities:
Global HR System Maintenance and Support:
- Manage our external support vendor and ensure daily operations of HR (Workday) and Payroll/Time systems across the globe
- Leading 6 monthly release management
HR ticketing System Administration:
- Be the overall Administrator and owner of our HR ticketing system on ServiceNow.
Annual Cycles (Merit/Bonus/Promotion and Performance)
- Lead and support critical annual cycles in Workday by partnering with Global Compensation and Talent team.
System Integration:
- Oversee the integration of various HR systems (e.g., Payroll, Time, AD etc.) with Workday to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.
- Partner with IT and other stakeholders to streamline workflows.
Data Analytics and Reporting:
- Leverage data analytics to derive insights and drive informed decision-making.
- Develop and maintain standardized HR metrics and dashboards.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
Vendor Management:
- Collaborate with vendors and negotiate contracts.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure service level agreements are met.
Security and Compliance:
- Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive HR data.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
Employee Experience:
- Enhance self-service capabilities for employees and managers.
- Champion user-friendly interfaces and mobile accessibility
Requirements
- Min. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, or related field (master’s preferred).
- At least 8 years of experience in Managing/Consulting Cloud based HR Systems.
- Proficiency in the following Workday HCM modules - Core HR, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Talent Management, Absence. (Time and Attendance, Recruitment desirable)
- Hands-on configuration capability and technical understanding essential.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow desirable
- Strong project management skills.
