Our client is an established System Integrator with strong presence in the Enterprise, Network and Security Infrastructure business catering to Commercial and Government sector.
Position Responsibilities:
- This role will focus on Network Maintenance Support for products supported by the Company
- These products are (but not limited to): Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Solarwinds.
- Must be skilled in Firewalls Management, SIEM, Load-Balancer, EDR, NPM and may be required to travel to different client locations.
- Handle escalations and assist client’s technical issues.
Position Requirements:
- ITE, Diploma or Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or any IT related field.
- Ideally with 1 to 2 years working experience in Network, IT Security Maintenance and Support.
- Technology knowledgeable in various network products such as Cisco, Huawei, Juniper, Palo Alto and OS technology in Unix, Linux and Windows.
- Network certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, NSE 4, PCNSE a strong advantage.
- Position will be on rotation stand-by schedule.
- Comfortable with various stakeholders, 3rd party and principal SI vendors.
