Business Operations (VAM) – Singapore
We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Virtual Account Management (VAM) products and will be responsible for supporting documentation processes, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training. This role involves ensuring smooth operational processes and effective use of VAM products post-implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for operational processes related to VAM products.
- UAT Support: Create and manage UAT scenarios and test cases. Provide support during the UAT phase.
- Training & Coaching: Train and coach team members on the effective use of VAM products.
- Post-Go Live Support: Assist with operations and process improvements during the first year after the product goes live.
Required Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Virtual Account Management (VAM) products and solutions.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in process and test case documentation.
- Proficiency in various VAM products (e.g., TietoEvry VAM, iGTB VAM, Finacle VAM).
