The Senior Process Engineer II (NPI) will lead the development and implementation of efficient manufacturing processes, ensuring optimal resource utilization, quality control, and cost reduction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and optimize manufacturing processes using Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles.
2. Create work instructions, testing checklists, and define test parameters for quality control.
3. Develop and improve jigs, tools, and fixtures for efficient assembly and ergonomics.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders, including project managers, suppliers, quality management, production, and service teams.
5. Review and approve Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and ensure successful implementation.
6. Support project milestones, readiness checks, and product risk assessments.
7. Establish Supply Chain Management (SCM) acceptance and delivery criteria.
8. Lead knowledge transfer between sites post-M300 milestone.
9. Ensure successful manufacturing site setup, including tester readiness and production layout.
10. Serve as internal auditor for ISO45001 and represent the team in external audits.
Objective:
Optimize overall product manufacturing cost, efficiency, and quality through innovative process design and continuous improvement.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE
• Diploma of Engineering (relevant field)
• Bachelor of Engineering (relevant field)
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
(Professional / Project / Leadership / Intercultural Experience, etc.)
• Diploma with min 5-7 years working experience in Manufacturing or automation environment
• Bachelor Degree with 3-5 years working experience in Manufacturing or automation environment
