Job Description
· The role of Restaurant Manager is to drive sales, ensure operational profitability, staff efficiency, motivation, product knowledge, customer care, inventory control and daily financial accountability.
· Manage all day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
· Create good working environment and develop subordinates by identifying areas that needs training and action to support it.
· Manage an efficient team of kitchen and service staff by taking an active interest in their welfare and development.
· Ensure daily opening and closing duties in the outlet are properly executed.
· Manage, direct and co-ordinate all operation-related activities in a proficient and satisfying method.
· Monitor opening and closing duties of the outlet
· Communicate daily and act as liaison between operations staff and management.
· Ensure that POS system is always operational and accurate.
· Work closely with the Kitchen Head Chef and the Kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of quality food.
· Ensure workplace cleanliness, and that the safety and food hygiene standards are met at all times.
· In charge of cash management of daily accounts, in liaison with the Account Department in the Head office.
Requirements
· Minimum of 3 - 4 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry
· Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
· Singaporeans and PRs may apply due to quota limitations.
· With experience in Chinese restaurant.
