Responsibilities:
- Support and implement improvements in machine assembling and automation
- Design and develop equipment for new/ customized products
- Support subsidiaries on equipment training, spare parts and technical issues
- Carry out continuing improvements on existing equipment
- Project costing and management including sourcing, standardization and documentation of manual for equipment and its related issues
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Mechanical/ Manufacturing/ Mechatronics Engineering or related disciplines.
- Preferably with 2 years of working experience in mechanical design, tool & die design, jig & fixtures design, automation, e.g. taping machine, laser mark.
- Experience in semiconductor back-end equipment design will be an added advantage
- Proficient in using Solidworks or Inventor software
- Preferably with experience in jig & fixtures design
- Positive attitude and self-motivated
