Job Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of recruitment.
- Work closely with business operation to identify manpower requirement.
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies.
- Create, propose and implement strategic effective hiring channels, procedures or techniques to improve recruitment measures & talent pipeline.
- Effectively engage employees with daily operations needs.
- Responsible for consolidation of weekly and monthly reports for operations needs and generate statistical report as and when required.
- Be the point of contact to deliver value added services to both management and employees that reflects the desired outcome of the company's people strategies.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
