Confectionery Supervisor
Able to create new products and bring in feasible ideas to improve the existing products.
Cost effectiveness without conflicting with the quality and quantity.
Good time management to ensure sufficient freshly baked products readily for sales during peak hours.
Ensure no disruption to production due to shortage of ingredients.
Able to work as a team with all the kitchen staffs.
Highest standard of cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
Able to work two shifts, example from 3am to 8am and 4pm to 7pm.
Have at least three years of experience in the same field.
