- Troubleshooting, diagnosis and escalation of problems/issues through research, testing etc
- Customer visits for evaluation of situation and escalated repairs when required
- Plan, coordinate and conduct training to internal/external stakeholders to support market requirements and after-sales support
- Working with internal/external stakeholders for any product rework, market recovery plan and market communication materials
- Understanding of new products for proactive support and ensure updated support materials on company website
- Preparation of periodic and special reports, improvement workflows to achieve KPIs
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in IT/Electronics/Electrical or equivalent
- Min 2 years experience in technical support
- Knowledge in TCP/IP Network
- Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm
- Location: Alexandra
- Salary: Up to $4000
- Able to start work immediate or on short notice
