A Day in the Life:
- Manage on-site projects to ensure timely completion
- Liaise with contractors on work scope, work progress and work schedules
- Prepare quotation and job schedule
- Prepare project-budget and billing
- Coordinate work between team and contractors to ensure the projects run smoothly
- Control quality of work and ensure rectification by contractor is of acceptable standard
- Monitor daily progress of work
- Verify all dimensions on-site against drawings
- Work closely with sales team, clients and contractors/suppliers on issues
Who We Are Looking For:
- Diploma in Architecture/Building/Quantity Surveying or related fields
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in retail/corporate office interiors or renovation industries
- Self-motivated and results oriented
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under tight schedules and pressure
- Applicants with more experience may be considered for a Managerial position
