Job Description
- Handle customer enquiries and request
- Handle any operations issue regarding customer's order, PO invoice, Letter of Credit
- Assist in preparation of quotation, service agreement and other documents needed for the service provision, based on the templates.
- Support monthly reporting
- Handle sales incoming calls/enquiries and convey messages to relevant sales
- Other Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Min Diploma/ Degree in any related course of studies
- Experience in coordination and customer service
- Able to handle customer service and multi tasking
- Good at communication or coordination
