Must be able to repair and maintain all electrical and mechanical fittings and equipment in the factory to ensure no disruption to the operations in the production room due to equipment breakdown.
Responsible for observing the machine performance and notes down defects which causes machine breakdown and thus discuss with Equipment Manufacturer to obtain correct spare parts to avoid unnecessary cost due self-incompetent.
Responsible to train and educate the production staffs proper ways of handling the equipment to reduce breakdown frequency and prolong life span of equipment.
Must be contactable at all time and be in factory within one hour to carry out emergency repair.
