RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
· Maintain store condition and visual merchandising standards.
· Assist customers in enquires.
· Ensuring stock levels are well maintained.
· Assume full P&L responsibilities for all aspects of the restaurant operations to achieve sales performance,
bottom line and strategic objectives.
· Plan promotional and brand management activities.
· Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
· Oversee overall manpower planning and ensure adequate manpower deployment.
· Ensure good inventory and order management.
· Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
· At least 2 Year(s) of experience within the F&B industry, with at least 3 years of experience of leadership
capabilities.
· Bilingual.
· Strong Sales and Customer Service orientation.
· Strong people management skills, with the ability to engage all functions.
· Team Player with strong leadership qualities.
· Willing to learn and take on new challenges.
