- Support in the processing of Smart Loan applications for approval and activation
- Follow up on approved applications, guiding and supporting customers on the steps of their car financing journey
- Guide and support dealers on the steps in securing loan disbursements
- Follow up on warm leads provided to compare and present motor insurance plans with the aim of conversion
- Manage objections from customers and dealers
- Strong ability to cross-sell between financing and insurance
- Other ad-hoc duties
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in tele-sales and/or customer service
- Excellent telephone etiquette with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Display a high level of responsiveness and track record in converting prospects
- Meticulous attention to details and documentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Knowledge in the car buying and/or financing process preferred, training will be provided
- CGI certified preferred, certification opportunity will be provided for potential candidate
