Job Responsibilities
- Perform all bell desk tasks including but not limited to welcoming guests at the main entrance with appropriate greetings of the day in a friendly and helpful manner; assisting guests with luggage, packages, transport arrangements; opening and closing of car and taxi doors; rooming and escorting guests to the rooms or their destination within the hotel according to established policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and tidy bell desk, baggage store, lobby, entrance and driveway.
- Provide information pertaining to the hotel and its services, key points of interests, restaurant recommendations, entertainment and recreational facilities, special events, etc to guests.
- Attend to guests’ enquiries and requests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Perform any other job tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of working experience in any service-related field. Candidates with no relevant experience are also welcome to apply.
- Outgoing, meticulous and service-oriented.
- Good physical condition to be able to carry heavy luggage
