Our client is a leading trading and distribution company specializing in composites, chemicals, and building materials
Job Responsibilities:
Sales Coordination:
- Manage key accounts for current customers and suppliers.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, procurement, finance) to ensure timely product and service delivery.
- Support the creation of sales presentations, proposals, and reports for management and clients.
Sales Analysis and Reporting:
- Support sales performance tracking, prepare monthly reports, and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and other relevant information.
Customer Service:
- Address customer inquiries with accurate details on product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Foster and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service and support.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and promptly, escalating to the sales manager when needed.
Marketing Support:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate product launches, events, and promotions.
- Help prepare and distribute marketing materials and samples to customers
Inventory Management:
- Oversee inventory levels and collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure adequate stock to fulfill customer orders.
- Support the management of inventory records and address any discrepancies that arise.
Requirement:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or an administrative role, ideally within trading, distribution, or related sectors.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with ERP/CRM systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the composites, chemicals, or building materials industry is a plus.
