Job description:
- Responsible for welcoming guests in a courteous and prompt manner and leading them to a prepared table in accordance with the restaurant's seating procedures.
- Be familiar with the menu, promotions, and service procedures.
- Provide full assistance to guests concerning general queries at the restaurant.
- Provide full assistance to incoming inquiries via email or telephone and make reservations accordingly and accurately for the guests.
- To work closely with the Operations / Restaurant Manager, and peers to ensure all guests are greeted properly and escorted to their ready tables.
- Answering phone calls, taking reservations, and answering to customer inquiries.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in F&B, Restaurant Service, Customer Service is required for this position.
- Positive “can-do” attitude, motivated, passionate, and seeks opportunities to be multi-skilled and trained.
- Good personal grooming & personal presentation
- Available to start immediately will be an advantage
