Senior Manager, Fundraising
Our client, a leading institution is looking for Senior Manager, Fundraising
Job responsibilities:
- Identify, establish and develop engagement opportunities for donors to ensure the maximization of their financial and non-financial support.
- Research, develop and prepare funding proposals and appeal letters as needed.
- Achieve monthly fundraising goals and metrics.
- Cultivate individual giving relationships.
- Work with colleagues to develop and maintain a coordinated approach in support of both departmental and university-wide goals.
- Ensure the prompt completion of donor documents to reflect their commitments.
- Provide support for hosting various development events.
Requirements:
At least 10 years of fundraising experience in major and/or principal gifts.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and donor database software.
Strong presentation and communication skills on a business level.
Team player with good interpersonal and problem solving skills.
Strong analytical skills and able to work under tight deadlines.
