About the role:
We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced and compassionate Head IVF Nurse, who will double hat as a Clinic Manager, to join our GenPrime Singapore team. This senior role provides exceptional nursing care to patients undergoing fertility treatments, with a focus on clinical excellence, patient support and overall IVF clinic management. The successful candidate will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversees budget for the clinic to ensure company goals are being met, monitors clinic expenditures, and performs daily financial management tasks.
- Engages in leadership meetings with Regional Management to present key practice metrics for strategic business planning
- Implement clinic operations SOPs to ensure the clinic is compliant with company metrics and goals

- Be the main focal point to bridge communication between the various external and internal counterparts (e.g. group departments, doctors and clinic staff) to ensure all business requirements are aligned and met
- Deliver patient care, including administering medications, monitoring conditions, and assisting with IVF and other fertility-related procedures.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, procedures, medications, and post-treatment care.
- Coordinate patient care by scheduling appointments, conducting assessments, and preparing patients for procedures.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring timely completion of documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians, embryologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Monitor and manage patient responses to treatment, addressing complications or concerns promptly.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies, maintaining high standards of patient safety and confidentiality.
- Engage in continuous professional development and training to stay updated on advancements in fertility treatments and nursing practices.
- Support clinic operations, including inventory management, equipment maintenance, and quality assurance activities.
- Train and mentor junior IVF nurses, providing guidance and support to enhance their clinical skills and professional development.
- Ensure all preventive maintenance of the machines are up to date and all medications and consumables are within the par level.
- Ensure that medications are administered in accordance with guidelines, policies and procedures.
- Manage patient case notes, including maintenance of a current and accurate filing system.
- Ensure a high standard of medical care and service delivery are provided and maintained.
Required Qualifications:
- Enrolled/ Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board
- Proven experience as a registered nurse, with a preference for experience in fertility or reproductive health clinic settings
- Strong clinical skills, including venipuncture, IV administration, and patient assessment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide empathetic and supportive care to patients.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and basic computer skills including MS Office - Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, patient privacy laws (i.e. PDPA), and MOH infection prevention and control guidelines and standards
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with professionalism.
- Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage as the job may require communication with Mandarin speaking patients.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in fertility nursing or reproductive endocrinology.
- Knowledge of assisted reproductive technology (ART) procedures and protocols.
