Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates for M&E works, variation orders.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities and tender documents.
- Valuation of progress payments, variations and closure of final account.
- Review tender returns in relation to cost, rates offered and on compliance to contractual requirements.
- Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Superior.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Building, or a related field from a recognized university.
- Possess at least 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in consulting firms with proven track record in major development projects.
- Conversant in M&E works and building contract.
- Possess knowledge in CAD(AutoCAD), REVIT for measurements/BQ take-off.
- Detail-oriented with good planning and organization skills.
- Good communication skills and a team player.
