. Experience in pre & post contract administration
· Prepare tender cost submission / pricing / cost evaluation
· Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and
suppliers
· Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off
· Prepare Variation Orders, claims and final accounts,
· Prepare sub contracts and sub-contractor payments
· Competent in completing required obligations within stipulated timings
and other constraints.
· All other QS related job
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Prefer with main construction experience
- 5.5 days work per week
