- Responsible for order processing in the company's business department, including system entry of sales contracts, orders, resource verification, as well as new business setup, closure, and changes.
- Coordinate administrative matters related to the business department.
- Act as the business department's point of contact for order processing, ensuring the proper execution of business delivery, including lease initiation and termination, and notifying relevant personnel to take action after verifying the completeness and accuracy of the necessary documents.
- Assist in conducting business audits.
- Support the order processing needs of regional companies within the division.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the department.
Job Requirements:
- Associate degree or higher.
- At least 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficient in using MS Office suite.
- Proficient in both Chinese and English communication.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and dedicated.
