Assistant Projects and Engagement Executive
Main / Key Responsibility(ies)
- Increase general membership satisfaction through effective organisation and management of club’s projects and events, executive learning and recreational programme for our members and partners
- Plans, coordinates, monitors and manages several executive learning and recreational events, activities and courses
- Management of Interest Group: SAFRA Golfing Section (and other, as when assigned) and ensuring targets are met.
Duties / Tasks
- Responsible for planning, organising and running of all social, recreational and executive learning activities and projects.
- Create event proposals by working with internal and external vendors, delivering a high quality event management service for all events from pre-event till post event.
- Responsible for managing partners and overseeing their collective efforts to deliver programs and services
- Constantly monitoring market trends to identify new courses and activities;
- Assist in the promotion of activities and courses organised to increase level of participation and utilization of club’s facilities;
- Actively engage members through club’s activities and promotions; as part of community building and service standards
- Ensure timely and accurate update of records for preparation of weekly and quarterly reports to reporting officer;
- Assist in the compilation of Annual Workplan and Budget plans for each financial year;
- Establish good relationship/rapport with members and all stakeholders;
- Ensure that projected KPIs, as per Annual Workplan, are achieved;
- Perform all administrative work related to the role;
- Manage all events feedback/enquiries & prepare after event conduct surveys and timely submission of reports;
Requirements:
• GCE ‘A’ / diploma levels with good CCA records and/or active involvement in sports
• Preferably with 1-2 years experience in events management
• Possess excellent service mindset
• Team player and ability to multi-task well under pressure
• Independent and self-motivated with good interpersonal and social skill
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with basic website knowledge
