Location: Jurong West
Requirements:
- 1 yr relevant experience in facilities management role.
- First aider
- Certified Facility Management Personnel.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure opening and closing of facilities from Mondays to Saturdays.
- Conduct daily routine checks of all Moberly Block facilities and equipment. These include alarm systems, lightings, aircons & equipment, etc.
- Oversee the cleanliness of the facilities, breakdown matters or access card system.
- Monitor the proper usage of facilities and equipment & arrange for maintenance or repair works when needed.
- Manage the issuance of access cards to the facilities on the internal bookings in the shared folder.
- Conduct monthly inspection on sports fixtures by a certified Facility Management personnel & Prepare monthly report.
- Monitor/advise the proper usage of sports facilities & equipment and report any misuse to SD Staff.
- Assist to evacuate users from outdoor sports facilities during inclement weather and emergency situation.
- To ensure reporting of misuse to be done with 30mins of occurrence.
