Our client is one of Singapore’s leading A1 construction firms which has a strong construction portfolio in large scale civil infrastructure and building projects. They are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Assistant Manager to manage training and professional development of employees.
Job Description:
- Identifying and analysing employee’s development needs (as a whole organization or individual)
- Managing and preparing career plans based on annual performance assessment results for employees
- Developing and implementing relevant training strategies and programmes
- Engage and coordinate with training providers / consultants
- Assessing and reviewing the effectiveness of the training and development programmes
- Preparing and monitoring training budget
- Source and reviewing government funding channels for training purpose
Requirements:
- Min Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources / Business or relevant field
- Min 5 years of L&D experience (construction industry will be highly valued)
- Ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent negotiation, organizational and communication skills
