CNAV Business Value is an organization founded in year 2008. After the business bought over by a global distributor in 2017, we are making our further investment in Data Security and Data Privacy since end last year. We have local setup in Vietnam and Indonesia currently and in the midst of discussion with other business owners in the other SEA countries. CNAV is currently partnering with globally recognized Cybersecurity vendors such as Symantec, Trellix, Forcepoint, RSA, Securiti, Opentext/MicroFocus and Rubrik. CNAV specialized in providing advisory and implementing turnkey Cybersecurity projects, providing Cybersecurity services including but not limited to Data Security and Data Privacy based on business requirement with focus in complying to Data Privacy acts in SEA such as PDPA in Singapore, Thailand and Malaysia, PDPD in Vietnam and PDP Law in Indonesia.
Role
This position is expected to focus in both presales and post-sales activities but heavier on latter. He/she is expected to support Sales on crafting out Cybersecurity solution to address the problem customer looking to resolve and support in implementation once awarded. This candidate can expect to perform end-to-end ie from pre-sales to post-sales of leading-edge Cybersecurity technology.
This candidate may from time to time being assigned project to carry either the whole implementation or partial phases depending on his/her availability. This role is expected to be an integral part of the team to deliver quality for our customer and be the trusted advisor.
Apart from attractive renumeration, proven candidate in this role can expect to be invited into the company profit-sharing scheme to enjoy the dividends declared yearly. Given the strong profile of the leaders – ex-Deloitte, ex-Symantec as well as Top Consulting Partners of Symantec and RSA before, you can expect good dividends to be distributed among key staff.
Background
As part of the growth plan, CNAV is looking for more Cybersecurity professionals to undertake key roles. The right candidate must have the needed technology implementation experience and knowledge to pick up other new emerging Cybersecurity technology under implementation and operation. For those who excels in the field can expect to step into Cybersecurity advisory with the competency acquired during the implementation. He/she must also possess ‘can-do’ attitude and analytical troubleshooting skill-sets. Due to the emerging nature of the products undertaken by CNAV, this role must be prepared to learn globally leading Cybersecurity products in short timeframe.
Duties
The expected duties of this role are as follow:
1) As a member of project implementation team to
i) Conduct Assess and Design Workshop for customers,
ii) Carry out installation and configuration of the product purchased by customer
iii) Conduct Operating System(OS) hardening according to Security Configuration Compliance Policy such as CIS benchmark
iv) Conduct SIT, UAT and OAT
v) Conduct training
vi) Create documentation
vii) Provide standby support
2) As a member of presales team to
i) Contribute writeup to proposal by crafting Cybersecurity solution
ii) Devise methodology to integrate into customer’s environment
iii) Research solution if applicable
Qualification
1) Diploma or Degree in Cybersecurity or Information Technology with 5-7 years of solid hands-on experience
2) Good experience in Cyber Security solution with the exposure of the following products or equivalent products:
a) Securiti Data Privacy Automation, Data Security Posture Management and GenAI under Data Command Center
b) OpenText Voltage SecureData and Structured Data Manager
c) Rubrik
d) Symantec/Trellix/Skyhigh/Forcepoint product suites
e) VMWare Carbon Black
3) Strong understanding of TCPIP, Internetworking, Firewalls, IDS and IPS
4) Some experience or knowledge in OS Administration for MS Windows, Linux, SUN Solaris, AIX or HP-UX is good
5) Technical experience in Microsoft or UNIX hardening will be an added advantage
6) Good interpersonal communication skill
7) Able to speak both English fluently
8) Passionate about achieving customer satisfaction
9) Passionate about learning global technology
10) Ability to pick up new technology with computer-based training within short-timeframe
11) Able to travel within South-East Asia
12) Any industry Security Certification such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CIPM or equivalent is preferred
13) Vendors’ product certification is an added advantage
14) Must be able to work without supervision
