Job description
• Working Location: Tampines
• Working Days: 5 days
• Working Hours: Mon-Fri (8.30am-6pm)
• Salary Range: $3,000 – $3,500
Responsibilities
· Create, upload and manage product listing including content for various e-commerce partner’s platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10, Website, Tiktok, facebook, etc
· Set and update product prices, apply discounts, and manage promotional campaigns
· Monitor and process online orders, ensuring accurate and on-time fulfilment
· Receive and respond to eCommerce customer inquiries and concerns, through web chat, phone, and emails
· Plan the overall digital marketing strategies. Take charge of conceptualizing, developing and executing ideas for marketing projects
· Familiar with Google Analytics, CRM, SEO, and SEM
· Analyse trends, sales leads, products sale performance, short term, and midterm sales forecast
· Plan and execute all marketing strategies in order to achieve the sale target
· Consolidate sales performance from each platform for reporting and recommendation purposes ·
· Other days to days of operation. Logistics-related matters regarding running an e-commerce business
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree or Diploma in E-commerce, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
· Proven experience in e-commerce operations and digital marketing.
· Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools
· At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
· Good design and copywriting skill
· Able to start within short notice.
