- Process customer orders and inquiries daily.
- Follow up on billing and generate reports.
- Update customers on order status.
- Coordinate deliveries and resolve issues.
- Manage export shipments and prepare documents.
- Investigate complaints and find solutions.
- Ensure compliance with hazardous substance regulations.
- Perform other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
- Degree in any discipline with 3 years of relevant experience
- Prior experience in handling chemicals documentations and deliveries
- Proficient in SAP.
