Job Responsibilities:
Administration
Provide comprehensive daily support to internal and external stakeholders in HR operations and administration.
Manage employee documentation including contracts, offer letters, and handbooks.
Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding, including orientations and exit interviews.
Maintain client master lists, update audit schedules and human resources allocation, and announce new/resigned clients.
Manage company social media pages (website, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
Caseware (CW) and Practice Management System (PMS)
Supervise CW & PMS system maintenance, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Manage employee and client records with confidentiality and precision.
Stay abreast of HR technology trends and recommend system enhancements.
Compliance and Policies
Coordinate with government and statutory bodies to ensure compliance.
Handle Ministry of Manpower (MOM) matters related to employment issues.
Employee Relations
Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related queries and concerns.
Assist in resolving employee relations issues and escalate complex matters to top management.
Cultivate a positive work environment and support employee engagement initiatives.
Payroll Administration
Maintain updated payroll databases and records.
Coordinate accurate payroll transactions, including salary adjustments, departures, and new hires, and ensure compliance with CPF payments and other statutory requirements.
Recruitment and Selection
Support the recruitment cycle, including screening applications, organizing interviews, and facilitating onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
Manage external online recruitment platforms such as WSG Jobs Bank and Jobstreet.
Demonstrate knowledge and experience in inclusive hiring practices.
Job requirements:
Degree in Human resource, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in administrative support roles, preferably in an audit or accounting environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
Excellent inter-personal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships across organisation.
Meticulous approach to tasks, with strong attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive information, always maintaining confidentiality.
Knowledge of audit processes, terminology, and standards is preferred but not required.
